The McCorkle Cooperative offers a unique mix of suburban privacy and accessibility to the city. Manhattan is just a short train ride away; so are hundreds of acres of public park land along the Bronx River. The McCorkle Cooperative Apartments are located conveniently at the edges of Bronxville, Tuckahoe and Yonkers. Acres of trees shelter us from noise and traffic. We are a group of interested and involved shareholders from which we draw our Board of Directors. As a successful cooperative, we are proud of our accomplishments as well as McCorkle's Management and maintenance staff. Most of all, we are proud of our neighbors who have chosen to make the McCorkle Cooperative Apartments their home.
